It’s time to polish off the wellies again – Adstocktoberfest 2026 will be on 3rd October starting at 1pm.
Despite the fact that it’s been a very poor fruit harvest this year we will still have the cider and juice making team available if your apple trees have weathered the summer drought. As ever we will also be judging last year’s efforts with the fruit liqueurs, ciders, wines and any other boozy concoction you’d like to enter. If you want to present a sample for judging it must be on the judges table by 3pm, but your welcome to drop it off before but please remember to put your name on it and what it is.
There will be 7 excellent bands throughout the day and evening for your entertainment:

For kids and adults, we will have archery, knife throwing and electronic clay shooting. Whittling is available if you fancy making your own spoon, knife or even wand. There might also a go kart track for 4 – 11 year olds, but that will be confirmed later.
For sustenance there will be beer, wine, cider and soft drinks available throughout the day. during the afternoon you will have the opportunity to buy Fire Food’s amazing BBQ and there will be a hog roast in the evening with vegetarian options.
This is an event for Adstock and it’s friends and although it is only the afternoon’s BBQ that will need to be paid for, it is a fundraising event for Afghanaid so please bring cash to donate or there will be QR codes for donations via your phone.
The weather has never stopped an Adstocktoberfest yet, but please dress appropriately for whatever El Nino has in store for us. We’ve always found that the worse the weather the better the atmosphere in Rural Ronnie’s.
